our adoption policies
-Please read our terms and policies about purchasing a puppy before making a purchase-
customer policy
We do not pre-screen our customers. We expect you to be trustworthy and responsible to take proper care of your puppy and provide them with the love, care and support they need and deserve. If you have done your homework and are ready to purchase a puppy, feel free to reserve a puppy!
deposit policy
-A DEPosIT is required to hold a puppy-
- All puppies are sold on a first come first serve basis; order of picks of the litter are based on order of deposits received. (We reserve the right to have first choice of a litter if we as a kennel are keeping a puppy for ourselves.)
- To reserve a puppy, we require a $300 deposit to hold your spot in line. The remaining balance is due prior to receiving the puppy.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless it is a mistake or mix-up on our end.
- Deposits are transferable to another litter if there are no puppies that are what you are looking for. However, deposits may not be transferred more than once without picking a puppy.
Visitation policy
We enjoy when customers come to visit and look at our dogs and puppies to select one. We welcome you to come and enjoy them. However, for the health of our dogs and puppies, we prefer that you do not bring other dogs and that you wash your hands and sanitize them before holding our puppies. Thanks for your co-operation.
purchase policy
- After making a deposit, we ask that you make your pick of the litter by the time they are 4-5 weeks old, so others know which ones are still available and can make their pick as well.
- Our puppies come with AKC registration papers. You can choose a limited or full registration. The price for a puppy is $1,800 for a limited registration and $2,400 for a full registration.
- Our puppies are weaned around six weeks old, and are ready to go to their new homes around eight weeks old.
- All puppies will be up to date with vaccinations and worming. We will give a health record paper with the puppy as well.
- We will give a written contract with the puppy that states the purchase agreement for the puppy.
- Our puppies come with an 18 month warranty that covers major hereditary defects, L2-HGA, hip dysplasia, hereditary cataracts, patellar luxation.
- Ground transportation and airfare are two shipping options for your puppy. Since Staffies are not allowed to fly by themselves in a crate, I can fly them myself or with a certified 'flight nanny' who flies with the puppy and delivers it directly to you at the airport. Both of these options are additional costs and will vary some, but usually are at least $400-$500, sometimes more.
- The full balance of the puppy is to be paid before shipping, delivery or at pickup.
